PCS, Inc. was contracted by Turner Construction to perform floor preparation services at Morgan Stanley in Bethesda, MD. Floor prep crews removed 19,000 SF of residual carpet glue from the existing concrete slab using a concrete grinder. Concrete grinding is ideal for the removal of hard and tacky surfaces, such as such as epoxies, urethanes, adhesives, paint coatings and residues. Crews utilized the DITEQ™  concrete grinder, which provides fast grinding and a leveled surface.
