The PCS Sales and Marketing team attended their first BOMA Baltimore networking event yesterday at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. The networking breakfast featured presenters from the Maryland Traffic Administration speaking on Baltimore’s New Transit Plan. The multi-phase plan includes a complete redesign of the local and express bus system throughout Baltimore and surrounding areas. The new transit system, known as BaltimoreLink, will add 12 high-frequency routes that will be colored coded similar to the metro, upgraded busses, and improved connections to Columbia, Annapolis and Aberdeen. The system will also feature transitways, transit hubs and transit signal priority. In addition to learning about this impressive project, we were able to network with professionals in the commercial real estate industry. Thanks to BOMA Baltimore for a great event!
