Latest progress shots from the interior demolition renovations at St. Joseph Villa in Flourtown, PA. Renovations to the 7-story senior living facility include balcony additions, two floors of nursing, four floors of assisted living, core and common areas, a multi-purpose room, gift shop, beauty shop, dining room, therapy and fitness center, a new MEP system, and boiler replacements. PCS demolition crews have been on site removing ceilings, walls, mirrors, flooring, adhesive, doors, frames, and casework from the interior. Crews are utilizing a trash chute running from the 7^th floor, as well as carts, to dispose of materials. Stay tuned for more updates on this multi-phase project!
