A corporate office building in Bala Cynwyd, PA is undergoing exterior and interior renovations to achieve a high-end, new look. PCS, Inc. performed selective demolition services in the lobby and exterior front of the building. With quick access to Center City, local restaurants and retail, this office space is in an attractive corporate location. Our demolition crews removed ceilings, carpet, walls, precast concrete panels, concrete stairs, hand rails, doors, and frames from the lobby of the building. Saw cutting crews removed a portion of the foundation wall and part of the sidewalk. New features of the lobby renovations will include white marble flooring, full-story windows and dark mahogany wall panels.
