PCS was contracted to perform the selective demolition and saw cutting activities for one of the worlds largest technology firms. Demolition consisted of a full lobby gut to include removal of concrete steps, planters, ceramic floor tile and casework throughout the lobby. PCS’s DXR 140 Robot was utilized to safely remove the 2 level concrete landing and stairs. Renovations also took place in the lobby restrooms to include tile, partition and accessory removal.
