PCS, Inc. was contracted by DACG Commercial, LLC to provide selective demolition services in conjunction with concrete cutting services to renovate the Club House Cottages located on Gibson Island. PCS crews removed multiple panels of 8” thick concrete roof to facilitate a vertical expansion. Other materials were removed including 4,000 SF of asbestos-containing roofing materials. PCS utilized our DXR-140 demolition robot to remove larger items, including two concrete stairwells. We also removed and salvaged blue stone located around the building.
