PCS was awarded selective demolition work at the CVS Health, Enterprise Mail order Warehouse project located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Our experienced crew constructed a 20’ X 300’ poly barrier to ensure that our demolition work would not affect the ongoing warehouse operations. No dust could be allowed to travel into the occupied spaces as merchandise could potentially become damaged. After the poly wall was constructed, Cody Fronheiser lead his crew to demolish and remove of various doors/frames, GWB walls, casework, ACT and an existing floor drain. PCS was also required to salvage the pallet racks for CVS to re-use once the space is re-configured. Cody Fronheiser, Travis Wieser, Juan Lora and Jeremy Greene finished the project on time, within budget and with no accidents.
