PCS, Inc. was contracted to provide selective demolition and asbestos abatement services during phase two of the renovations to Leonidas S. James Gym at BSU. Interior demolition crews removed and disposed of ceilings, drywall, carpet, light fixtures, and mechanical ductwork. Remediation crews performed asbestos abatement of existing 2×4 ceiling tiles and properly removed them from the facility.
