PCS was contracted to complete the exterior selective demolition at the Spring Mill Corporate Center. Our experienced crews utilized several pieces of equipment to gain access to the canopies that were slated for demolition. Metal roofing, decking, framing and soffits were removed and placed in dumpsters for proper disposal. The Canopy columns were removed via saw cutting and cut 6 inches below the sidewalk to allow for new construction to take place.
