PCS was contracted by a local Allentown General Contractor for the complete gut of 30,000 SF warehouse. John Bailey directed his crew to remove all interior components consisting of GWB partitions, ceilings, carpet & vinyl tile and MEP systems throughout. Once the carpet & vinyl tile were removed, all adhesives were removed via diamond grinding to create a CSP #2 smooth surface profile that minimizes prep work for the flooring company and allows new materials to bond directly to the substrate. Our robot operator, Shawn Kennedy was on site to assist with the 24 and 10 foot high CMU partition removal throughout the space.
