This past May, we celebrated as every year Construction Safety Week. This year’s theme ‘Value Every Voice’ was a powerful reminder that safety is a shared responsibility. Every single voice on the jobsite deserves to be heard, because when we listen to each other, we create an environment where everyone can work safely.
As Kate Licameli, our President, shared with us on her video message, safety isn’t just a box to check – it’s a mindset that we all need to embrace. By encouraging open conversations and empowering our teams, we can continue to raise the bar and make our industry stronger and safer, one jobsite at a time.
