This month, we are thrilled to recognize a significant milestone in our company’s history: Todd Quigley, our Manager of Estimating (PA Division), is celebrating 20 years of outstanding service and commitment to PCS. Todd joined PCS in January of 2005 and quickly established himself as a reliable member of our estimating team. His early years were spent learning how to bid everything from environmental remediation to selective demolition to concrete cutting/coring to various types of flooring and surface preparation.  Over the years, he has been instrumental in shaping our estimating department, bringing a meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of industry trends on every project that comes across his desk. His expertise and dedication have contributed greatly to the success of our organization, ensuring that we consistently deliver competitive estimates and effective solutions to our clients. In 2015, Todd took over as Manager of Estimating and since then has been responsible for managing a team of 5-6 estimators that bid and secure work throughout Central PA. Throughout his two decades with the company, Todd has earned a reputation for his professionalism, leadership, and mentorship. He is not only a master of his craft but also a supportive colleague who takes the time to share his knowledge and guide others under his management. Todd’s ability to navigate complex challenges with a calm and solution-oriented mindset has made him a cornerstone of our PA Division. As Todd enters his 20th year in estimating, he continues to show a strong track record of success, skill, and experience securing over $100,000,000 worth of contracts for our PA Division. Surpassing this $100M milestone is a notable achievement that reflects both his dedication and his impact on our company’s success. Beyond his professional achievements, Todd’s positive attitude and genuine care for his coworkers have left a lasting impact on everyone who has had the privilege of working with him. His collaborative spirit and unwavering dedication inspire those around him to bid work, secure work and, most importantly, serve our client’s needs. As we celebrate Todd’s 20 years of service, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for his contributions to our company.
