‘I think about the times growing up where I would come to the office and “work” as a kid. My dad would bring me Saturday mornings. Obviously, this was before laptops and smart phones that help us manage our operations today. Luckily for him, no school or childcare on Saturday’s so I got to come to the office with him. He had graph paper and markers that he let me play with. I distinctly remember filling in the squares of graph paper with a message… “Mike Schmidt now works for PCS.” He put it on a push pin board in the office and I remember being so excited for everyone to see it. To this day, not sure if there was a job opening or not….but I forced my way into that position and hired myself. Never looked back.’
