Today, we want to take the time to recognize and congratulate Mike Schmidt, our VP of Construction, on reaching the incredible milestone of 15 years working at PCS! It has been quite a journey since your first steps in the company, and now, 15 years later, you have become an essential piece of our team. Mike started working summers while in high school and college and worked his way through the ranks to where he is today!

You have put your heart and soul into this job, and everyone around you can see it. Over the years, you have not only gained valuable experience but have also developed into a highly respected boss and leader.
