PCS’s commitment to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses starts with top management and involves all employees. JC Grubb and his team at the Virginia Division have developed and implemented strict plant policies and safety protocols designed to increase the safety awareness of everyone associated with their construction projects over the years. Since 2012, they have worked over 97,500 field hours and only sustained one injury. We would like to applaud the all of their efforts in maintaining a safe and healthful workplace year after year.
