Progress continues at 1745 N Condominiums in the Dupont Circle Historic District of Washington, D.C. where PCS was contracted by Bozzuto Construction to provide selective demolition services. Demolition crews are performing interior and exterior demolition throughout multiple buildings to assist in this big renovation project. Crews are removing interior stairs, elevators, flooring, concrete slabs, walls, and framing. All interior brick will be salvaged and reinstalled in the new building. Outside, crews are removing and disposing of front stoops, sidewalks, steps, and planter boxes. Stay tuned for more updates!
