PCS, Inc. is proud to announce the recent reorganization of executive leadership and senior management in order to accommodate future growth and expansion of our PA Division.
Dave Sibbach will lead the PA division as Vice President of Business Administration. Dave has over 31 years of experience within the abatement/selective demolition industry and has been with PCS, Inc. for over 13 years.
Phil Matz, Manager of Operations, will be responsible for oversight of all construction field operations for the PA Division. Phil has over 26 years of hands-on construction experience in the abatement and selective demolition industry, 19 of which have been spent successfully managing projects as a Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager for the division.
Todd Quigley will lead our Estimating Dept. as Manager of Estimating. For 12 years he has remained an integral part of our success in securing hard-bid and negotiated work for the PA Division. Todd will continue overseeing a team of estimators so that we remain competitive and responsive to our client’s needs. He will continue to work closely with Dave, Phil and others to ensure a seamless transition from bid stage all the way through project completion.
In order to accommodate recent growth, we are also excited to announce our relocation to a 36,000 SF office and warehouse facility in Camp Hill, PA. Our new facility is located at the intersection of Rt. 581 and Rt. 15 near the Camp Hill Shopping Center and Capital City Mall. Please feel free to stop by and visit next time you are in the area.
