Our Sales & Marketing Team attended the #FutureofColumbia event hosted by the Baltimore Business Journal last week. This event focused of the development of Columbia and featured a panel of professionals from Kettler, Garver Development Group, Howard Hughes Corp ., and Howard County Executive Alan Kittleman.
The group of panelists shared their current and future plans and projects that will transform the suburb into a city with new apartments, offices, retail locations and a $19 million renovation to Merriweather Post Pavilion. This massive project will create thousands of employment opportunities and will keep the local construction industry very busy. PCS is excited to see the transformation over the years and hopes to be a part of it. Thanks to the Baltimore Business Journal for a great event!
