In order to provide understanding, accountability, and a tool to protect each and every worker, ongoing training and certifications is key. Today a group of our employees participated in 10-hour OSHA Outreach certification training led by our Corporate Safety Team. This training went over general awareness on recognizing and preventing hazards on a construction site. We believe that all accidents are preventable and that through proper planning and training, we can ensure that everyone leaves the jobsite in the same condition that they arrived in.
