PCS, Inc. will begin phase 3 of the South Hall Dining renovations at Kutztown University this week. PCS abatement crews will remove and dispose of asbestos pipe fittings via the glove bag method. Selective demo crews will remove and dispose of flooring, ceiling, windows, casework, lockers, plumbing fixtures, walls, and the storefront. Our specialized saw cutting crew will also remove concrete slabs in preparation for new mechanical and plumbing installation. Stay tuned for progress pictures and updates.
