Progress is underway at the ongoing expansion project at Lancaster General Hospital. PCS demolition crews continue to cut structural steel in order to remove an old cooling tower. The steel is cut in pocket sections to allow for the new replacement structural steel that will expand the building. As each section is cut and removed, a tower crane is utilized to safely lower the steel sections to the ground for disposal.
