Progress continues at the Church of Christ at Manor Woods in Rockville, MD. PCS, Inc. was contracted by BGC/ Gardiner & Gardiner Contracting to assist in the renovations to the interior and exterior of the building. PCS demolition crews have been on site removing and disposing of exterior brick walls, staircases, lights, flooring, canopies, doors & frames, plumbing fixtures, and asbestos-contaminated windows. To maximize efficiency, demo crews utilized PCS’s newly acquired DXR Demolition Robot to demo the exterior brick façade on the East side of the building. Utilizing the DXR Demolition Robot speeds up tasks that would normally take many more the man hours to complete.
