PCS is proud of a successful project with Scott Long Construction at the Montebello Fitness Center in Alexandria, VA. PCS selective demolition crews removed mechanical ductwork, plumbing and light fixtures, floor mastic, fiber glass insulation, and approximately 3900 SF of ACT ceiling above the existing indoor pool. This completes PCS’s portion of the renovations that began earlier this year.
