Progress pictures from our selective demolition project at the Lancaster Press Building in Lancaster PA. As part of a long-planned renovation to the building, PCS demo crews removed the interior and exterior brick walls to prepare for new exposed brick and masonry wall openings. Our demo crews also removed skylights, stone walls and concrete stairways. New floor openings were saw cut in preparation for a new elevator and stairway. The Lancaster Press Building was originally a cigar factory but is now a luxury residential building.
