We are seeking Administrative professional to join our operations department in our corporate office located in Hanover, MD. PCS, Inc. is the leading provider of specialized environmental construction services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region with annual revenues in excess of $20M. We currently perform work in Federal, industrial, commercial, institutional and health care facilities throughout MD, PA, DC, VA, WV, DE & NJ. We provide a wide range of services that include asbestos abatement, lead-based paint removal, mold remediation, water & fire damage restoration, interior/exterior demolition, core drilling, concrete cutting, mechanical insulation and a variety of other flooring and surface preparation services.
|Job Requirments & Desprition||
Candidate must have at least 2-3 years of experience in office administration; experience working for a construction company is a plus and huge benefit. Must be proficient with all MS Office applications and be computer literate. This person will assist the Operations team with daily activities and coordination of projects, as well as assisting with general office duties. Candidate must be a good multi-tasker with an outgoing personality and ability to be flexible. We have a fast paced environment and need someone who can easily adapt to our ever changing task lists. Hours of work 8am-4pm daily.
