Responsible for preparation of new estimates/proposals, as well as procuring and review of project specifications. Attend pre-bid walkthroughs and bid clarification meetings, communicate with clients regarding prospect work and securing projects after bid. Minimum of 5 years estimating experience in the construction/demolition industry required.
The Project Supervisor is the company’s representative assigned the responsibility and authority for daily coordination and directing of the project so that is it safe, within budget, on schedule, to the company’s quality standards, and to the customers satisfaction.
Maryland & Pennsylvania
Laborers work under the direction of a Project Supervisor/Foreman and provide manpower to completion of projects in a safe and productive manner.
DELIVERY DRIVER/CDL DRIVER
Driver for heavy equipment hauling and large-load trucking. CDL preferred. Must have clean driving record. Experience in securing loads and equipment maintenance is encouraged.
