Concrete Cutting & Core Drilling

As an active member of the Concrete Drilling & Sawing Association (CSDA), we recommend and utilize the best techniques and equipment for cutting and coring.  We utilize diamond-cutting systems as they provide significant cost advantages over conventional concrete removal methods. Advantages vary from project to project but generally include reduced downtime, precision cutting, maintenance of structural integrity, reduced noise, dust and debris, limited-access cutting and the ability to cut heavily-reinforced concrete.  A large fleet of gas, hydraulic and electric track, wire, chain and ring saws give our crews the flexibility to make cuts in sensitive areas without disrupting building occupants.

We are capable of performing the following cutting and coring services on a daily basis:

Wall Sawing

Cutting and/or enlarging door, window and bulkhead openings in concrete foundations

Slab Sawing

Cutting and dicing concrete floors, concrete walkways, concrete patios or concrete pool decks for easy removal and/or patching.

Wire Sawing

Ideal for cutting metal and heavily-reinforced concrete in a range of industrial and heavy civil applications.

Core Drilling

Our large fleet of pneumatic, hydraulic and electric core drills allows us to cut 1/8″ to 60″ diameter core holes for mechanical, electrical, plumbing or vents in concrete floors and foundations.

Interior Trenching

Cutting trenches in concrete floors for plumbing, electrical, sump pumps, french drains or other miscellaneous utilities.

Complete Removal & Disposal

Cutting, removing and disposing of concrete, stone, masonry walls, floors, walkways and stairways.

Jack Hammering/Breaking

Breaking concrete into manageable pieces for easy removal, disposal or recycling.
